FAST & EASY SHIPPING
Order Confirmation: The customer must provide a valid e-mail address during the checkout process. All orders are subject to verification and approval. All approved orders will be accompanied by an e-mail confirmation from our secure payment server. All shipped orders will be followed by an e-mail confirmation including tracking number(s) and shipping carrier contact information.
Payment Methods: All major credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Checkout, PayPal, Personal and business checks are drawn on U.S. funds, U.S. Postal Money Orders in U.S. dollars. We do not accept COD orders.
Credit Card Orders: The shipping address must be on file and confirmed by the credit card issuer, except for American Express orders, which must be shipped to the billing address only.

We understand the importance of making sure your order arrives fast & safely. We work with our brand partners to ensure that all orders are shipped in a timely and efficient manner. To ensure we are meeting the highest standards, we work with these partners to ship directly from their warehouses located all over the US. This allows us the most flexibility to deliver your items, so you can start building your dream home faster.
All items are subject to a shipping fee.
We only ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We will work with private parties/shipping proxies for shipments outside our normal shipping range (including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, etc) if pre-arranged by the customer. We will NOT honor returns for shipments outside of our normal shipping range.
Orders shipped to zip codes 100## – 119## (New York), 200## – 205## (Washington DC) & 025## – 026## (Massachusetts) are subject to a freight shipping fee of $196 due to handling fees in those zips for large packages.
