What is the shipping time frame (lead time)?
Please allow 1 business day upon ordering for your items to process and ship.

Items that ship ground will take 1-5 business days to arrive depending on your location from shipping warehouse. Items the ship freight will take 3-7 business days to arrive depending on your location from shipping warehouse.
These are ATO Vibration Motor general guidelines of processing order shipments. Shipping time may vary based on: delivery location, item allocation, and other logistical factors.
What is the shipping policy?
Orders are shipped within the U.S. only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. All items are shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most affordable available shipping partner*. Tracking number(s) will be provided via email once the order has shipped. All items ordered Friday – Sunday will be processed and shipped the Monday proceeding the order. All other orders will be shipped the next business day.
All items are subject to a flat shipping fee. Orders shipped to zip codes 100## – 119## (New York), 200## – 205## (Washington DC) & 025## – 026## (Massachusetts) are subject to a freight shipping fee of $196 due to handling fees in these areas for large packages. Items being shipped to remote/inland cities and islands part of the US are subject to additional shipping charges. How do I obtain an order confirmation?
• A valid email address must be provided during the checkout process.
• All orders are subject to verification and approval.
• All approved orders will be accompanied by an email confirmation from our secure payment server.
• All shipped orders will be followed by an email confirmation including tracking number(s) and shipping carrier contact information. If you do not see your order confirmation, please check your junk or spam folder.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact our Customer Care Department at 86 773-363-7977 within 24 hours for assistance with order cancellations and changes. For cancellations, customers are subject to a return shipping/re-consignment fee that will be deducted from the total refund if cancelled after 24 hours. Order changes must be made within 24 hours (prior to order shipment), otherwise the customer will have to either cancel and re-order, or follow the process of an exchange.
How can I change the delivery address on my order?
During checkout, you will be given the option of entering a separate shipping address for your order. If you need to change the address after your order has been placed, please contact Customer Service at 86 773-363-7977.
Freight orders will be subject to a reconsignment fee of $150.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order ships out, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s). Please search the tracking provided on the corresponding shipping carrier website to view the estimated day of delivery.

Can I buy an extended warranty?
We offer customers the option of purchasing a 3 or 5 year Appliance Protection Plan with In-Home Service on all products sold on the ATO Vibration Motor. This protection plan includes both parts and service claims. This allows you to have complete peace of mind by having added protection on your new appliance.
Appliance Protection Plans can be purchased separately up to 9 months after the item(s) have been purchased. Extended Appliance Protection Plans come into effect after the manufacturer warranty included with the product has expired.
All products sold on ATO Vibration Motor include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty time frames and details differ based on product. Contact our Customer Care Department at 86 773-363-7977 for any questions regarding warranty.
